Super admins can sign in at aileadrespond.com/superadmin.html and manage all dealer groups, leads, and platform settings. Use levels to control who can do what:
Owner — full control, can create/manage other super admins (recommended for founders only)
Manager — full platform access except managing super admins (good for senior support staff)
Staff — same access as Manager — same permission set in code currently (good for support reps)
